You must be at least eighteen years of age, or acting with authority on behalf of a business, to submit commercial enquiries through the site. You confirm that information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to act for any organisation you represent.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and VMOTION LTD in respect of website use only. They do not themselves create an obligation on either party to enter into a production contract, purchase media, hire talent, or commence creative work.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction where applicable.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Failure by VMOTION LTD to enforce any provision is not a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision.

20. Entire Agreement for Website Use

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy as they relate to website use, constitute the entire agreement between you and VMOTION LTD regarding website access and supersede prior understandings on that subject. Commercial production engagements are governed by our Terms and Conditions and any signed project documents.
