Your message is reviewed by the intake desk against service fit, timing and scope. If the brief is incomplete, we ask for the missing fragments rather than guessing. If the brief is ready, we outline the field definition, likely service tessera and next practical step.
Engagements for motion picture production, advertising support, talent services or media planning are confirmed in writing. Commercial terms, delivery borders and approval paths are agreed before work expands.
Visitors to Shelton Street are welcome by appointment. Remote composition reviews are available for United Kingdom clients outside London when schedules require it.
